Hi Jerry:I had a lot of trouble downloading multiple photos from my computer and even more trouble taking pictures without a flash. Every picture came out blurry. This picture came out great I think only because of the time of day I took the picture and the natural light. What am I doing wrong here?

Probably want to try and use a tripod. That might help. Your camera might have different setting for time of day or type of picture. Jerry will definitely know the right response.
Take your time... when you press the shutter button don't jam the camera gently squeeze it halfway to give the camera time to focus... then complete taking your picture by gently squeezing so that the camera doesn't move.
You didn't say if you were shooting at night or indoors...
