Rocks and Seascape with Increased Saturation

In the top photograph, the saturation was pumped up to a ridiculous level to exaggerate color in an artistic way. It is still possible to see the almost natural sheen, however, of the seashell at center.

When saturation gets pushed too much, then that takes a "straight" photograph to another place....

This was experimentation, Jerry. I had a sense that this entered the realm of painting-like photography.
