My first victim on the portrait assignment was my son. I am lucky to have a room with plenty of window lighting. I used a portable reflector to bounce some of thelight into the shaded areas of his face. Hope you enjoy.

I really like this portrait. The white curtains in the background are nice for the effect of the photo.
